Attendance Policy:
All lessons are one-on-one and meet each week at the same time. Lessons are prepaid monthly, with payment due before the 1st of the upcoming month. (Automatic invoices are sent out during the last week of each month.) In order for a lesson to be excused and for you to not be charged for it, you must let us know that you will be missing an upcoming lesson at the time of prepayment. Once a lesson is scheduled, there are no refunds for cancellations and make-ups are not guaranteed.
Though this attendance policy may seem strict, it is quite standard among reputable music schools. We find it to be the best way to maintain quality teachers and promote student attendance and learning.
